How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker
  • Use rice setting- mine was 10 minutes in the electric pressure cooker
  • Allow pressure to cool down naturally
  • If rice is to dry stir in some liquid such as tomato sauce, tomato juice, V-8 juice etc
  • Optional additions: canned mushrooms, pieces of cooked meat etc. may be added as desired.
