Asian Coleslaw

- 1 package of cole slaw mix or 1 red cabbage shredded in food processor shopping list
- teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 3 or 4 green onions sliced thin shopping list
- 1 or 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (or your favorite vinegar) shopping list
- pinch of celery seed shopping list
- 2 pinches of crushed red pepper shopping list
- dash tabasco shopping list
- dash soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Salt the cole slaw mix, let this sit for 15 minutes or so then drain in a colander.
- Mix everything else and add to the slaw.
- Stir well.
- Let this sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
