Jack Daniel’s Marinade

This great marinade is famous and can be used equally well for chicken, beef, pork or shellfish. Overnight marinating is always best if time allows.

Combine all ingreds. Blend well. Use to marinate shrimp or scallops for one hour−−or beef, chicken or pork in the refrig. overnight. Use to baste the shellfish or meat as it is grilled or broiled.

I didnt have Jack, so I used Jim Beam. Marinaded b/s breast for about 36hrs. Q'd them about 7 min per side. Boiled the leftover marinade and drizzled over the chicken and some asparagus. Excellent marinade. Thanks for sharing. More posted in IMI Destinationcuisines Jack Daniels Marinade
