Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven 450 F.
  • Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan.
  • Cut sour cream into Bisquick, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough.
  • Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board and pat dough into approx. 8x8 square. Cut into 9 squares (3x3)
  • Dip biscuit tops into butter then flip over and place in pan (so both top and bottom are buttered) and bake for 12-15 minutes.

I really like these biscuits. I bake them in a greased cast iron skillet. When I remove them from the oven, I brush the melted butter on top! Delicious!
