How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Mix all the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir, but we careful not to over mix.
  • Pour into mini loaf pans (around 5 mini loaves)
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Insert a bamboo skewer to test if they are done.
  • The skewer should be 95% dry, but will not be completely clean. That is okay, you want the bread slightly moist!
  • Slice the loaves into 6 slices each (more or less, up to you)
