Chocolate Chip (nut) Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to +/-190℃
  • Beat sugar and butter until creamy
  • Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy
  • Blend in flour, salt and baking soda
  • Stir in chocolate chips (& nuts)
  • Teaspoon onto un-greased oven tray. Can pour onto oven sheets in tray
  • Flatten with fork and leave space for cookies to spread
  • Bake 10-12 min until brown
  • Allow to stand 2-3min before removing from tray. If using oven sheets one can remove them from the tray and then allow to stand.
