ok this may sound stupid, but do you make the pudding and add it after its made or do you just use the pudding powder ?

I just took a batch of these cookies out of the oven and they are yummy! I substituted the butterscotch chips for semi-sweet in the vanilla pudding...the only change I made was using 1/2 teaspoon baking soada and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. This resulted in a taller, fluffier cookie as opposed to flatter and more spread! Thanks for the recipe!

Now there's an interesting substitute. Whatever is in the house works fine with me. Don't you just love those midnight snoopers ;-)

Made these last night with Cheesecake pudding (was all I had in the house) with chocolate and peanut butter chips - I believe half of them are gone now due to midnight snoopers! :)
