Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

    the recipe was EXCELLENT! My colleagues, friends and family absolutely loved it! We plan to reduce the amount of sugar in our next batch to 1 1/4 cup brown sugar and 0 cup white sugar as most found the cookies too sweet. We will also try adding almond nuts into the mix.

    This looks like a fun recipe to play around with. I'm printing it out right now. Thanks. I like to make my own pudding, its super fast and it's on my page if you would like to see it, it's called chocolate pudding in a instant.
