How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Mix the cooked chicken with shredded cheese and salsa verde. Roll up in tortillas and place in pan.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Mix in flour, then chicken broth. Whisk until smooth. Simmer on low until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Mix in yogurt (or sour cream) and chilis.
  • Pour sauce over tortillas. Top with Monterey Jack cheese to taste.
  • Bake until browned and bubbly on top, about 25 minutes.
