Pepperoni Spread

Have you seen those bags of mini pepperoni? Grab a couple next time you're out and leave them in your pantry for those last minute appetizer needs! This spread/dip is quick, easy, delicious and kid friendly. Any type of cracker can be used, but the herb flatbread types make it taste a lot like pizza!
Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4-6oz pepperoni minis shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 small vidalia onion, grated(if very sweet onions aren't available, consider subbing green onion) shopping list
- 1/2-1t fresh Italian herbs, minced(basil, oregano, parsely) shopping list
- 1-2T Mayo, if needed for slightly thinner consistency shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve with crackers or in hollowed out cherry tomatoes!

We liked this easy, peasy and quite addictive recipe. Followed recipe exactly as written by Keni and served on Premium Rounds with whole grain and corn chips. RIP Keni!
