- 2 cups basmati rice shopping list
- 2 lbs of mixed ground pork, beef and veal shopping list
- 8 oz of tomatoe sauce shopping list
- 12 oz of fresh mozzerella shredded shopping list
- 6 oz of loccatelli cheese shopping list
- 1 small onion diced shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 4 cups of plain homemade bread crumbs shopping list
- 32 0z of chef blend olive oil shopping list
- 5 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 whole egg shopping list
How to make it
- saute meat until brown and drain the fat remove from pan
- saute onions and garlic until tranparent
- add meat and sauce cook for 5 to 7 minutes
- remove from pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes
- remove from fridge add cheeses and eggs
- heat oil to 400 degrees
- keeping your hand slightly wet roll the rice mixture into balls the size of golf balls
- bread and fry until golden brown
- useing a spider spoon remove fromm oil and put on colling rack
- ENJOY!
