How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Grease and flour a 9×13” pan.
  • Whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream together the butter and maple sugar.
  • Beat in syrup, milk, vanilla and pumpkin.
  • Gently mix in the dry ingredients, followed by the raisins.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
