Korean Pork Chops Recipe
This isn't for the faint of heart - these chops are SPICY! But delicious and so very easy to make. Perfect dinner for a weeknight, if you can handle the heat!

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Korean chile bean paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. In a slow cooker, combine together the bean paste, garlic, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Season the chops with salt and pepper, then place them in the slow cooker. Turn to coat completely with sauce, cover and cook for 5 hours on Low setting.

What's the Chicken Broth for? I marinate mine in go-chu jang, kim-chi pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce and fresh garlic and then just throw them in the pan.
