How to make it

  • Cut blocks of cheese into 1 inch cubes, arrange cheese cubes and tomato halves in an 8 inch square baking dish
  • Whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil, chopped parsley and next 6 ingredients pour evenly over cheese cubes cover and chill at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. then take a toothpick and skewer a piece of sun dried tomato on to a cheese cube or you can use a fresh rosemary stem to skewer.
  • drizzle with the marinade

    I don't see the tomatoes on the ingredient list...did you mean sun-dried tomatoes instead of pimento? In addition to pimento? Please advise - this sounds yummy and I'd love to make it!
