Hot Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip

- 2lbs fresh spinach, roughly torn shopping list
- 1lb pepper jack cheese, grated shopping list
- 8oz Monterey Jack, or other favorite meltable cheese shopping list
- 16oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 large(or 2 small) cans water chestnuts diced shopping list
- 1 onion, grated shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1t-1T Tabasco sauce shopping list
- kosher or sea salt and plenty of fresh ground pepper shopping list
- Couple T of half and half IF NEEDED to thin out finished dip shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
- Cook on low for several hours, stirring every once in a while to keep ingredients well combined
- Add half and half if needed to thin out the dip once it's finished. I didn't need any. :)
- Remember, spinach will cook down a LOT, so the pot won't be filled once it's ready to serve. :)
