How to make it

  • Chop the chicken into cubes, blanch and clean them.
  • Mix A in small bowl, set aside for later use.
  • Fry ginger strips in 3 tbsp oil until fragrant, then add chicken cubes and A. Stir fry well until the chicken is almost well done.
  • Turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
