How to make it
- Combine jerk seasoning and Italian dressing in a bowl.
- Pour over chicken in a ziplock style bag and seal with most of the air purged out.
- Turn and roll bag a few times to evenly coat.
- Marinade for 24 hours, turning the bag once in a while.
- Bake at 350 degrees, for 1 hour or until juices run clear, turning chicken once.
- Turn skin side up and broil until lightly browned.
- Serve with a Jamaican jerk sauce for dipping.
