How to make it

  • Combine jerk seasoning and Italian dressing in a bowl.
  • Pour over chicken in a ziplock style bag and seal with most of the air purged out.
  • Turn and roll bag a few times to evenly coat.
  • Marinade for 24 hours, turning the bag once in a while.
  • Bake at 350 degrees, for 1 hour or until juices run clear, turning chicken once.
  • Turn skin side up and broil until lightly browned.
  • Serve with a Jamaican jerk sauce for dipping.
