How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Scramble dat egg in a bowl big enough to hold all this delicious flavour
  • Dump everything else in the bowl
  • Mush it together with your hands until it holds together
  • I eyeball my bawls in size, but you can use a melon scooper, ice cream scooper, or a spoon here for consistency
  • Create either about 20 small meatballs or 10 large meatballs - depends on your mood and excitement levels
  • Line a tray with some parchment paper, or if you're not that fancy, some lightly EVOO'd tinfoil
  • Evenly space dem bawls along this tray
  • Pop in oven and bake for 10min
  • Flip
  • Bake 10 more minutes
  • ENJOY
