Ingredients
- turkey
- butter
- your favorite seasonings
Directions
- Clean the turkey..or thaw it I prefer freshly taken turkeys
- rub inside and out with butter
- rub your favorite spices on thurkey. tie legs and wings as turkey will fall apart after cooking
- Grill using indirect heat...usually two outside burners on med and middle off.
- Grill on top of 6 layers of foil and one layer loosely over the top. Grill uninterrupted for at leat 75 minutes before checking temp...when internal temp is 180 shes ready.
