How to make it

  • Preheat your oven to 300 F.
  • Line a 9 inch by 9 inch pan with baking paper.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together crust ingredients.
  • Put the mixture in the pan.
  • Press evenly onto the bottom and sides.
  • Beat first 3 ingredients of the filling.
  • Stir it on low speed and add vanilla and sour cream.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture +/-into the crust.
  • Melt 2 oz of dark chocolate and stir into the other half of
  • the cream cheese mixture.
  • Take out a pastry bag and fill it with the chocolate
  • mixture and place some dots all over your cheesecake.
  • Bake for an hour.
  • Turn off oven.
  • Leave cheese cake inside oven for an additional hour.
  • Refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
  • NOTE:
  • To make just a solid chocolate cheese cake, do not split the cream cheese mixture, double the amount of chocolate. Mix all together and then spread all of the mixture into to the crust. Proceed as directed.
  • Or you can eliminate chocolate in the mixture and just go with a plain cheese cake.
