How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200F.
  • Tear up bread and put all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend to fine crumbs.
  • Spread crumbs out on baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 10 minutes ensuring the crumbs are dry but not brown.
  • Stir after 5 minutes.
  • Makes 1/2 cup crumbs.
  • This recipe doubles and more well. Of course you'll have to increase the time too.
  • Make it fresh and enjoy it better.
