How to make it

  • Combine cream, lemon juice and condensed milk in a large bowl.
  • chill several hours. Stir in sugar and whip until the mixture is very thick and heavy.
  • Pour into crystal serving bowl or spoon into individual serving dishes.
  • Refrigerate covered until firm at least two hours.
