How to make it

  • Line a 7-cup crown mold with plastic wrap. Press port wine cheese firmly into bottom of mold.
  • Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans, pressing firmly inot port wine layer.
  • Combine Havarti cheese and half and half: press mixture firmly over pecan layer.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Firmly press shredded Cheddar cheese over parsley layer. Cover and chill at least 8 hours
  • To serve, unmold cheese onto a serving platter, and remove plastic wrap.
  • Garnish cheese mold with parsley sprigs and pecan halves.
  • Serve with crackers.
