Tower of Cheese

- 8 ounces port wine cheddar cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 8 ounces Havarti cheese, softnend shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons half and half shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- fresh parsley sprigs shopping list
- pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 7-cup crown mold with plastic wrap. Press port wine cheese firmly into bottom of mold.
- Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans, pressing firmly inot port wine layer.
- Combine Havarti cheese and half and half: press mixture firmly over pecan layer.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Firmly press shredded Cheddar cheese over parsley layer. Cover and chill at least 8 hours
- To serve, unmold cheese onto a serving platter, and remove plastic wrap.
- Garnish cheese mold with parsley sprigs and pecan halves.
- Serve with crackers.
