Something quick to whip up and still impress friends & family. Simple & elegant, serve with rolls.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp, medium-large size is best
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. pasta, preferably spaghetti-type
  • Parmesan cheese to garnish

Directions
  1. Prepare pasta as desired.
  2. Melt butter in skillet with olive oil.
  3. Saute garlic in butter & olive oil.
  4. Add shrimp to skillet and saute JUST until pink throughout.
  5. Add green onions to skillet and remove from heat and add salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Toss shrimp mixture with pasta, garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
