How to make it

  • From the the center to the back, slice almost through chicken breast
  • Season chicken breasts and set aside See Photo
  • Chop spinach
  • Sear chicken breasts in bacon fat on both sides See Photo
  • Let cool then stuff with cheese, spinach, and bacon
  • place on roasting pan and put in hot (350f) oven for 25 mins
