How to make it

  • Combine the strawberry preserves, horseradish, soy sauce and garlic in a small sized saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often until completely heated.
  • Melt butter in a medium sized skillet. Lightly sprinkle some cayenne pepper on both sides of each pork chop. Fry them until browned on both sides, then continue to cook over a medium heat until they are no longer pink, and the juices are clear.
  • Serve the chops with the strawberry sauce poured on top, then garnish with fresh strawberries.
