Strawberry Breakfast Chops

- 2 pork chops shopping list
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves shopping list
- 4 fresh strawberries, for garnish shopping list
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the strawberry preserves, horseradish, soy sauce and garlic in a small sized saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often until completely heated.
- Melt butter in a medium sized skillet. Lightly sprinkle some cayenne pepper on both sides of each pork chop. Fry them until browned on both sides, then continue to cook over a medium heat until they are no longer pink, and the juices are clear.
- Serve the chops with the strawberry sauce poured on top, then garnish with fresh strawberries.
