How to make it

  • In a heavy duty pan place the corn, butter,heavy cream and sugar to taste. Stir to melt butter and dissolve sugar
  • Bring to a boil
  • Then lower heat to medium
  • Add the flour and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and flour cooked.
  • It too thick, thin with more cream is desired.
  • Season to taste as desired
  • Stir in the cubed cheese to melt
  • Serve hot or warm

    Hi, I served this with my crockpot chicken ( recipe will be posted ) the corn and macaroni recipe: stir in some cooked elbow macaroni and extra cheese into the creamed corn! Very Yum!
