How to make it

  • Bring juice, candies and sugar to a boil in a saucepan and simmer 10 minutes, until candy mostly dissolves. Strain out remaining candy and return mixture to pot.
  • Whisk in pectin, return to a full boil and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.
  • Process for 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
