How to make it

  • Season the chicken with lemon, za'atar, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a skillet and pour in the olive oil and butter.
  • Gently fry the chicken - I would say about 3 minutes each side. Cooking time depends on how thick the breast is. When the chicken is cooked add the remaining juices from the marinade and an extra nob of butter. Cook for 30 seconds and it is done.
