Za'atar Spice Mix

- Serves 3/4 cup
This is a very popular middle-eastern spice blend. I love its versatility and flavour. You can add it to meats, breads, vegetables, you name it.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp roasted sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup sumac shopping list
- 4 tbsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tbsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and store in a airtight container.
- It keeps well for months (see expire date of the herbs and sumac you are using)
