How to make it
- Beat the heavy cream to soft peaks
- Beat the Nutella and cream cheese to blend well
- Blend the whipped cream into the nutella cream cheese mixture.
- At this point it can be served immediately as it remains fluffy
- Chill if desired for a firmer consistency.
- No matter how you serve it it is quite delicious!
- Notes: serve mousse with a dollop of whipped cream if desired
- Also one can add a bit of liqueur or brewed cooled expresso to give it a added flavor if desired
