Party Mix

This is a quick, really yummy and somewhat addictive sweet snack mix. I make this at Christmas, package in cellophane bags and tuck in gift baskets...always with the recipe, cause everyone asksA
Ingredients
- 6 c. Crispex cereal shopping list
- 1 c. pecans shopping list
- 3/4 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c. butter or margerine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cereal and pecans in large bowl. In saucepan, combine 3/4 c. brown sugar and 1 c. butter. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 2 minutes. Pour over cereal mix.
- Place in roaster, bake at 375 for 8 minutes, stir, bake 8 minutes longer.
- Cool & enjoy!
