This is the way I make egg sald for sandwiches. One time we decided we wanted to go on a picnic and i had a little of this left over and a couple of cans of tune so I combined the two and had some of the best tuna ever made. Read more LOL See less

- 5 Tbs. sweet pickle relish.
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbs. mustard

Ingredients

9 hard boiled egg shopping list
5 Tbs. sweet pickle relish. shopping list
2 Tbs. mayonnaise shopping list
1/2 Tbs. mustard shopping list

How to make it

Crack and peel the boiled eggs.
Mash the eggs whites and yolks together with a fork.
Add the remaining ingrediants and mix well.
Chill for at least a half hour before spreading on bread.

My son and I have a great disliking of mustard... as lots of kids do... We just left out the mustard and still added the tuna.... It's the only way my son ever ate eggs so far... (unless they were in cakes and brownies) LOL... Great simple recipe
