How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions , drain anyplace on large serving platter or bowl
  • In large skillet, sautéed mushrooms, garlic in butter until tender
  • Over med heat, stir in heavy cream and1/2 of the Parmesan. Cheese
  • Lower heat to low simmer, stir often and cook 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens a little
  • Stir in bacon and seasoning
  • Pour sauce over pasta and give a quick toss
  • Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and green onions
