Veggie Tuna Salad

- 1 8 oz. box seashell pasta shopping list
- 8 oz. raw spinach, torn into small pieces shopping list
- 1/2 sweet yellow onion, diced shopping list
- 1 cup frozen corn shopping list
- 1 can low sodium kidney beans, drained shopping list
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 3 small cans tuna fish in water, drained shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
- Cook and drain frozen corn.
- Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour in refrigerator.
