- 4 cups of ratatouille shopping list
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half shopping list
- 1 cup pitted olives shopping list
- 1 cup of fresh mixed herbs shopping list
- 250 g Danish feta, in small cubes shopping list
- ¼ cup cider vinegar shopping list
- ¼ cup virgin olive oil shopping list
- 500 g noodles cooked according to instructions shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Let sit for 10 minutes for flavours to mingle
- Cook noodles and strain
- Toss vegetables with noodles.
- Spread out on platter to cool if serving cold later.
