Tartar Sauce

I love to make my own tartar sauce. It is easy to make and so much better than store bought. It's the best friend of fish dishes.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp good quality mayonnaise shopping list
- 4 small gherkins, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped shopping list
- ½ lemon, juice only shopping list
- 1 tsp grated fresh horseradish or 2 tsp store bought shopping list
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
