Strawberry Streusel Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine flour, baking powder. salt and sugar in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  • Combine egg, milk, butter and almond extract; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  • Fold in strawberries.
  • Spoon batter in paper-lioned muffin pan, filling 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle Streusel Topping eveninly over batter.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes.
  • remove from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack.
  • Streusel Topping
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl: stir well.
