Moist Banana Kuchen

pound cake quality of this moist lovely banana cake. I added some frosting and sprinkles to the top of this cake for a festive appeal.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine melted or oil ( butter for best flavor ) shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar ( I used light brown ) shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 3 ripe bananas pureed shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk ( even skim is fine ) shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter with sugars and vanilla
- Beat in eggs
- Beat in banana puree
- Combine the drys
- Beat to blend into creamed mixture alternately with milk
- Place in desired pan ( I used a 10 inch square pan )
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven until tested done in center with wooden toothpick
- Glaze or frost as desired when cool.
- Freezes well
