Crustless Mississippi Mud Pie

- 8 oz fat free cream cheese shopping list
- 8 tsp splenda shopping list
- 4 cups fat free cool whip shopping list
- 4 cups skim milk shopping list
- 2 pkg sugar free fat free chocolate instant pudding shopping list
- 2 pkg sugar free fat free vanilla instant pudding shopping list
- 2-3 large bananas shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the bananas and cover the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex pan with them.
- Blend the cream cheese with 1 cup of cool whip and the splenda until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in a layer over the banana slices.
- Mix the four puddings with 4 cups of milk until no lumps remain. The mixture will be quite thick. Fold in 1 cup of cool whip and spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with a final layer of 2 cups of cool whip and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
