Cabbage Casserole-yummy

- 1 lb Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 1 med head of cabbage- chopped shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- plain bread crumbs shopping list
- salt/pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chopped cabbage until bright green and a little tender (about 10 minutes)
- Meanwhile, wilt onions in butter in a frying pan. Add in the soup and chunks of cheese until melted.
- Combine the "sauce" with the cabbage and add bread crumbs to desired consistency and salt and pepper.
- Put in a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350 until the edges start to brown.
