Swiss Cinnamon Cookies

- 1/2 lb. margarine or butter (two sticks) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 tea. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Cream margarine and sugar well.
- Beat in egg yolk.
- Add flour and cinnamon and blend.
- Roll dough into small balls (butter hands).
- Place on un-greased cookie sheet 2" apart.
- Press with glass dipped in sugar. (could be colored sugar if you want)
- Paint with egg whites. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake: 350* 10 minutes
