Italian Cheesy Potato Corn Chowder

- 6 yellow potatoes shopping list
- 1 stalk celery shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- 2 cups frozen corn shopping list
- Sliced deli smoked ham to taste shopping list
- 2 cups whole milk shopping list
- 1 or 2 cups broth shopping list
- 8 oz. Italian 4 cheese mix (I used Sargento) shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 4 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 tsp turmeric shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp Mediterranean seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Dice potatoes, .Simmer until done. Saute carrot, onion, ham, and celery, in a large skillet. Add potatoes, corn, milk, broth, salt, pepper, butter, oregano, Mediterranean Seasoned Salt, and turmeric. Simmer about 45 minutes to merge flavors. Add Italian cheese mix and diced cream cheese, simmer until blended and creamy. Serve garnished with green onion.
