- Ingredients:
- 1.) 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2.) 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 12 oz.)
- 3.) 1-1/2 cups milk
- 4.) 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Directions
- Preparation:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°.
- 2. In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, 2-1/2 cups cheese and milk. Stir in macaroni. Spoon into shallow 2-quart casserole, then top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- 3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves 6.

I love this! First, I had no macaroni noodles when I decided I wanted to make it. I had to use Ziti noodles. Next, the dish is totally creamy and the flavor is awesome! Thank you for a great mac and cheese recipe. It will stay a family favorite now. :D

Excellent recipe! I increased the milk by 1/2 a cup and chopped up some ham steaks into it. A complete meal, and sooo yummy and creamy.

Wow!! Just 4 ingredients to goodness!!! We loved it. The only change I made was that I used whole wheat pasta simply because we prefer it.
It is so good as is but would also be easy to dress up. Next time I make this, which will be soon, I will add some crab meat and I will be in heaven. Thank you for sharing.
