How to make it

  • Roll the dough as thinly as possible and transfer to floured pizza peel (sprinkle cornmeal or corn flour on the peel to easily slide the flatbread onto the baking sheet heating in a 450° oven)
  • Brush the dough with garlic/oil mixture; sprinkle chicken pieces and cheese over. Grind lots of black pepper over all. Slide onto pizza pan in oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until as crispy as desired.
  • Serve immediately.
