Bacon Wrapped Shrimp,pineapple Japaleno Peppers

- 8 to 12 japalenos Fresh not pickled.. ( depends on how many people you have at your dinner because out of one pepper you will have 2 .. you slice the whole pepper in half an take out all the seeds ) shopping list
- 24 Shrimp med to large in size shopping list
- 1 can of Tidbet Pineapple shopping list
- 2 pks of Cream cheese shopping list
- 2pks of bacon shopping list
- 1 Large baking pan / it can be large glass shopping list
- Parchment Paper to onto your baking pan (i love parchment paper it makes clean up easy) shopping list
- I use Latex gloves so i don't have the pepper juice burning my hands or eyes if i need to rub anytime threw the day..lol... shopping list
How to make it
- Now take your Japalenos and cut in half and wash and clean out seeds
- Take your hands and have your cream cheese ready and stuff each peper with it
- then add on top of the cheese Pineapple (use one or two per pepper)
- then add One Shrimp per pepper
- then Wrap bacon around each of these .. I use about half bacon strip per pepper depends on how big they are... So you can judge your pepper size.
- Then pre heat your oven on 400 degrees and bake until the bacon is crispy. it takes about 35 minutes depends on the type oven you have.
