Ingredients

How to make it

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet (I used a cookie sheet) with foil. Set a wire rack (I used the one from my broiling pan) on the baking sheet.
  • Place the pepper, 1 tbsp. of the wing sauce, and the vegetable oil in a resealable plastic bag and shake to mix.
  • Add the chicken wings, seal, and toss until well coated.
  • Put the flour, cayenne pepper and garlic powder in another resealable plastic bag and shake to mix.
  • Pour the chicken wings from the first bag into the bag with the flour mixture and toss well until coated.
  • Place the wings onto the baking sheet rack and put into the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400C.
  • Take the wings out of the fridge and dip them into the remaining 3/4 cup of Buffalo wing sauce one at a time and place back on the baking sheet rack.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and is crispy on the outside, about one hour.
  • Turn the wings over halfway during cooking so they cook evenly.
  • Drizzle with more Wing sauce when serving if you desire.
  • Enjoy!

this looks like a good wing recipe.....but it definitely is NOT BuffaloWings. I'm from Buffalo and authentic Bflo wings have 3 ingredients. Chicken wings is 1.
