Bread Bowl

- 1 1/2 cups warm water 105-115 degrees F shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white sugar shopping list
- 2Tablespoons instant dry yeast shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- Spray Bottle of water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine water and sugar, stir until dissolved.
- Add yeast, stir gently.
- Let set 5 minutes.
- Add salt and flour.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover with a lightly damp cloth, place in warm area to rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide into 3 equal sections.
- Knead each section into a tight ball.
- Pinching the bottom and seal with a twist.
- Place each ball into a 6 inch spring form pan.
- Score tops.
- Sprinkle with salt, optional.
- Spray lightly with water.
- Allow to rise again for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Place in oven.
- After 2, yes I mean two, minutes, spray again with the water.
- Turn oven down to 425 Degrees F.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Take out of oven, allowing them to cool for a few minutes.
- Cut top off for a cover.
- Cut out soft inside bread, place on plate to eat with soup.
- Fill with favorite soup, eat and enjoy!
