A twist on an old time favorite, Chicken Ala King that is now fit for a Queen.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • stove top stuffing (or Homemade)
  • 1 pkg mixed vegetables of your choice ( Asparagus tips)
  • 1 pkg shredded mozerella cheese (or cheese of your liking)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
  • Optional - button head mushrooms sliced
  • Optional - Italian salad dressing (use instead of soup)

Directions
  1. Rinse and clean chicken
  2. Fillet to make pocket for stuffing, but not in half
  3. In a one quart pan make your stove top stuffing, about two cups
  4. Fill chicken with stuffing, cheese and mushrooms
  5. in a nine 9 x 12 baking dish oil bottom and put in stuffing in chicken
  6. Pour Mushroom or cream of chichen soup (no water added) or italian dressing over top
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes and add more cheese and mushrooms
  8. on top, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes
  9. In another pan prep and cook your vegatables
  10. Plate and serve portions
  11. Wallah!
