How to make it

  • Rinse and clean chicken
  • Fillet to make pocket for stuffing, but not in half
  • In a one quart pan make your stove top stuffing, about two cups
  • Fill chicken with stuffing, cheese and mushrooms
  • in a nine 9 x 12 baking dish oil bottom and put in stuffing in chicken
  • Pour Mushroom or cream of chichen soup (no water added) or italian dressing over top
  • Bake for about 40 minutes and add more cheese and mushrooms
  • on top, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes
  • In another pan prep and cook your vegatables
  • Plate and serve portions
  • Wallah!
