How to make it

  • PREPARE THE DRESSING - mix the mustard and wine vinegar together, season and slowly drizzle in the oil, stirring continually, to bind everything together.
  • Taste for tanginess and piquancy;
  • METHOD
  • Put the potatoes, green beans, onion and the crispy bacon bits in a large Salad Bowl;
  • Combine well together and season to taste;
  • Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and serve warm.

    I love this this stuff. I've started adding the cooked potato and cooked green beans with the cooked bacon, then adding it to the bowl to be dressed. Yum!!
